[tab name="Overview"]

Meriwether Lewis made the first collection of elephant head pedicularis on July 6, 1806 in Montana. Since then, it became widely known that the flowers of this plant offered mild skeletal relaxant effects.

Noteworthy: This plant can absorb alkaloids from other plants growing nearby. The plants used in our tinctures are never collected near potentially toxic species.
